So in Syracuse there is a Physician, specializing in Podiatry, named Samuel B Rameas that has problems knowing how to bill insurance companies. Now maybe it is his staff that hasn't a clue, but the words out of his mouth were, "I tried billing them, but apparently I billed them incorrectly and they would not cover the entire bill, so instead I am going to bill you for the balance, even though you already your approved co-pay". He also stated, "Because the insurance company co-pay doesn't cover what it needs to, I am also going to bill you $5 more per visit directly, Okay?".

NO QUACK, THIS IS NOT OKAY!!! Get your head out of your a** and deal with the responsibility of your own mistakes!
