Okay, i was just watching the new and I saw an interview with a college senior basketball player. This player will is not on the position to rely on Pro Basketball for a future. I was appalled at the utter lack of communication skills instilled into this student. It doesn't matter what language you speak, here are a few tips.
- Speak Clearly: Everyone speaking the same language should easily be able to hear you.
- Be Concise: Use proper vocabulary to express yourself.
- And above all else be Well Spoken: Think before you speak, use your language and express yourself properly.
If you are clear and concise in you communicative abilities, you will demand proper attention, respect and treatment. This country is full of amazing subcultures, one of things that make it like no other on the planet, but it also makes it a hotbed of discrimination and maltreatment that can be mostly linked to miscommunication and misunderstanding.
Whether I agree with it or not is irrelevant, almost all the powers that be, when it comes to your future, will judge you on how you look and communicate.
If you sound ignorant, you will be treated as such.
